Meet Our Owner

Our business is led by Karen D. Freeman, M.A. Karen holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and Supervision from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. She has over 25 years of personnel and safety management experience in both manufacturing and business services companies.

She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Additionally, she served as the past president and as a member of the Northwest Louisiana chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Helping others is very important to Karen. She has previously served as a board member at a large charitable organization, and has supported many more charities in the local area through dedicated drives for assistance over the years.
